The address that I was referring to is 2465 Dunwoody Avenue. According to the
tax record, the home is owned by a Robert Umbehocker.
The house is very run-down, and a big safety hazard. I was there yesterday, and took several pictures. Here are some
of the things that I saw:
1) Several broken down abandon cars
2) Garage that is leaning over, and looks like it is close to falling down
3) Many junk snowmobiles in the yard
4) The roof of the house is in terrible shape, and is very unsightly
5) The stone staircase leading up to the lake entrance of the house is disintegrating, and is a safety hazard
If you would, please do what you can to make sure that the owner cleans up the property. We are so afraid that
someone could get hurt over there. Also, the home is very unsightly, and is having a negative impact on the surrounding
neighbors. The home is in such bad shape that it looks like it needs to be torn down.
Please keep me up to date on what action you take. We really appreciate your help!
SCOTT STEVENSON, GRI
Realtor, Relocation Specialist
Coldwell Banker Burnet
3033 Excelsior Blvd., Suite 100
Minneapolis, MN 55416
Cell: (612) 965-9586
Fax: (612) 920-4706
.
STE`.ENUN Bt?R;r:T
k1..44 LIA11
1
