(0.58 acre) <br /> Lot Width: 106' <br /> Application Summary: The applicant is requesting side yard and side street setback <br /> variances as well as a conditional use permit amendment in order to construct an addition <br /> to the existing school building, closer than 50' from both the western side yard aild the <br /> side street of Briar Street. The applicant is also requesting periilission to utilize a <br /> temporary trailer for offices during constniction, which can be aclueved through a staff <br /> permit that establishes a tinleline for reinoval of the trailer. <br /> Staff Reconinzen�lation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the setback <br /> variances and the conditional use perinit ainendment to pennit construction of the <br /> addition as proposed. Staff will also issue a permit allowing the temporary trailer for the <br /> duration of constniction. <br /> Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br /> Sec. 78-418.
