A two car garage? <br /> 3. What should the applicant explore as a revised square footage house and garage <br /> footprint? 1,800 s.f.— 1,900 s.£? What about 75'-250' hardcover percentage? <br /> 4. Are there any other issues or concerns with this applicatioii? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recorrunends the applicant be directed to explore a combination of hardcover and <br /> footprint reductions in an effort to attain hardcover levels and footprint sizes more <br /> comparable to those previously approved variances on sirnilarly sized lots. <br /> The revised plans shall incorporate the City Engineer comments contaiiied in Exhibit G <br /> and also proposed house elevations so that conformance with building height regulations <br /> can be confirmed. <br />
