A variance for a rear yard setback of 28' where a 30' setback is normally required; and <br /> 4. An average lakeshore setback variance. <br /> Staff Recommendatiorr: Planning Staff recommends approval of rear yard and average <br /> lakeshore setback variances in order to construct an addition to the existing home, however <br /> recommends denial of the hardcover variance request for the 75'-250' zone for hardcover <br /> exceedin 25%, <br /> Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br /> Sec. 78-330. Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. <br /> (a) Height. No structure or building in an LR-1B district shall exceed 2 1/2 <br /> stories or 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366. <br /> (b) Lots.
