This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1375 . <br /> 2. The pr�perty is located in the LR-1C Single Family <br /> Lakesh�re Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orano Planning Commission reviewed this application <br /> an February 21, 1989 and tabled the application for further <br /> revision by applicant. A revised applicatian was <br /> subsequently submitted by the app2icant and reviewed by the <br /> Planning Commission on April 17, 1989, and the Planning <br /> Commission recammended approval of the revised variance <br /> praposal, based upon the following findings: <br /> A) Existing hardcover on the property is 27.6�. The <br /> revised praposal eliminates a portion of existing patia <br /> hardcover in the 75-250' zone, r�suT.ting in a net <br /> decrease to 27.3� hardcover in that z�ne.
