Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the construction of <br />the lift station, the final plat must be filed with either the <br />Hennepin Recorder's Office or the Registrar of Titles Office. <br />2. The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the <br />Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month. The <br />applicant is hereby advised that approval of the preliminary plat is <br />for one year from the date of Council's approval, October 10, 1989. <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />A) RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />1. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />• 2. Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" around <br />Lot 1, Block 1, 10' wide along all perimeter property lines <br />and 5' each side of internal property lines. <br />B) LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />1. Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected <br />by such interest. <br />2. The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />3. Creation of a restrictive covenant to be filed against <br />the chain of title of the outlot that would specify the <br />exclusive use of the outlot for public utility purposes by <br />the M.W.C.C. The easement should be submitted in a fully <br />executed form, for filing by the City with the plat <br />documents. <br />4. Executed access easement granted to M.W.C.C. by owner of <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Moeller's Addition. <br />C) FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $150.00 <br />• 1.
