Request for Final Payment — Stubbs Bay Cul -de -Sac Project <br />Flint moved, and White seconded, to approve Request for Final Payment, Stubbs <br />Bay Road Cul -de -Sac Project to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. in the amount of <br />$13,678.34. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />10. Annual Appointments — Resolution No. 4598 <br />Moorse stated that his memo covered all of the appointments before the Council, except <br />the appointment of Secretary for the HRA. Mayor Peterson asked if Sansevere would <br />accept the position of Secretary for the HRA. He stated he would. <br />• Mayor Peterson moved, and White seconded, that Mr. Sansevere be appointed to <br />the position of Secretary for the HRA for the upcoming year. <br />Vote: Ayes, 4, Nays 0 ( Sansevere refrained from voting). <br />Mayor Peterson stated that Flint would be the Acting Mayor in her absence. <br />Flint asked if the new Chief of Police would take over Gary Cheswick's appointments <br />when she arrives. Moorse stated that she would. <br />White moved, and Nygard seconded, to Resolution No. 4598 designating selected <br />appointments for the year 2001. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*11. Selection of Date for 2001 Local Board of Review <br />Flint moved, and White seconded, to establish April 25, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. as the date <br />and time for the 2001 Local Board of Review meeting. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />• <br />
