This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1317. <br /> ; 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> � Residential Zoning District requiring 2 acres of dry contiguous land. <br /> The property is sewered and consists of approximately 11,000 s.f. <br /> 3.
