A variance is hereby granted for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 and Lots 2 <br /> and 3, Block 2 which do not front on a public roadway as required. <br /> 2. A variance is hereby granted to the 200' lot width standards for <br /> Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 3, Block 2. <br /> . _ 3.. All six lots s.hall..access to the private road. <br /> 4. The private road shall be constructed to City private road <br /> requirements, per the conditions of the Developer's Agreement executed <br /> between the City and the developer. Private road construction can <br /> begin as soon as the engineering p3ans for the road have been approved <br /> by the City, subject to conditions of the Developer's Agreement. <br /> Private road construction must be completed by September 15, 1989. <br /> 5. The private road shall be allowed to access directly to County <br /> Road 84, subject to conditions for such access as may be imposed by <br /> � the Hennepin County Department of Transportation and their required <br /> access permit. <br /> 6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> � Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before January 25, 1989 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> executed copies of the documents as noted above. <br /> The appr.oval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br /> has not been filed by the date specified above.
