RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL � <br /> ; <br /> �'��i �" NO. 2363 <br /> • � <br /> • . � �'' <br /> ` �1�� �`W, TH$REFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either one or more <br /> of the f indings noted above, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono hereby <br /> approves the preliminary plat application of Karen & Richard Ziminski per <br /> the plat drawings by Mark S. Gronberg dated September 25, 1987 and revised <br /> January 18, 1988, subject to the condition that prior to the issuance of <br /> building permits for new construction the 'final plat must be filed with the <br /> , Hennepin County Recorder's Office and the removal of the existing paving <br /> completed by May 1, 1988. Please note a building permit will not be <br /> issued for new construction on Lot 2 until specified area of �xisting <br /> gravel drive is removed. <br /> Final Plat Submittals <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br /> . <br /> the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br /> , � 1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2 ) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> • a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg <br /> dated September 25, 1987 and revised January 18, 1988. <br /> b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br /> all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br /> property lines. <br /> c) Dedication of road right-of-ways for North Brown Road and <br /> County State Aid Highway No. 6. <br /> 2. LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br /> a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All ownexs, mortgage <br /> holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br /> sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br /> b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the property. <br /> 3 . FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $425.00 <br /> , a) Park dedication fee per current schedule: <br /> $200 x 1 = $200.00 <br /> ' b) Final plat fee - $150.00. <br /> , <br /> � c) Legal review and filing fees of $75.00. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
