Please be advised that this "inspection" was not performed by <br /> any representative or employee of the City of Orono, which has Building <br /> and Zcning Code jurisdiction over Deering Island . <br /> B. Plumbing <br /> l . The functional condition of the toilet serving the residence is <br /> suspect. It is black with rust and scale and does not look like it <br /> has been used in years . The toilet must be brought to a functional <br /> conciition per UBC/SBC 1205 (b) and MHD 120 (b) , ( f ) , (g) , (h ) , (i ) , <br /> (t ) , and (w) . <br /> 2 . A cleanout must be installed in the house sewer line (which <br /> apparently was recently revamped without a permit ) where it bends <br /> to leave ths house [MHD 125 (b) 1 ] . <br /> C. Mechanical <br /> l . New furnace installed without permit. Combustion air not <br /> provided to furnace. SBC 7722 ( 2 ) a . <br /> 2 .
