Bernier, Douglas E. Klint and Gary A. <br /> Barr (hereinafter "applicants") on September 23, 1986 filed a renewal <br /> subdivision application with the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") <br /> for approval. of a lot line rearrangement of properties legaYly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Tract V, Registered Land Survey No. 461; Lots 160, 161, 162 <br /> Winships Subdivision of Spring Park Lots; Lot 184 and part of Lot <br /> 185 Spring Park; Lot l, Block 1, Ivy Estates and part of vacated <br /> Maple Avenue, (hereinafter "properties); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due pubYished and mailed notice in accordance <br /> � with Minnesota Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning <br /> and Platting Codes, the Orono Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing on October 20, 1986 at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak <br /> thereon; and <br /> WH$R$AS, on November 24, 1986, the Orono City Council <br /> considered the renewal subdivision application of the appYicants noting <br /> the following findings: <br /> 1. The property is located within the LR-1C Lakeshore <br /> Res.idential Zoning District requiring a minimum of 1/2 acre of <br /> Iand within each lot. <br /> 2. The properties contain a total of 2.7 acres. . <br /> 3. The proposed 1ot line rearrangement finds all newly proposed <br /> lots satisfy the standards of the LR-1C Zoning District. , <br /> 4. The subdivision proposes 3 riparian lots; each lot contains <br /> 100+ lineal feet of shoreline. All docks shaYl be subject to the <br /> current standards of the L.M.C.D. ordinances. <br /> 5.
