In <br /> order to get these things in motion, he requested that he be given an understanding of where the <br /> Commission was at. <br /> Gaffron stated that the parking lot changes could possibly wait until after the closing, and <br /> suggested staff, the owner, and applicants meet later this week to discuss the survey results. <br /> Hawn moved, Chair Smith seconded, to recommend conceptual approval for Application <br /> #02-2831, Hope Chest for Breast Cancer, 3850 Shoreline Drive. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br /> (#11) #02-2764 PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT, PROPOSED SECTION 10.46, <br /> COMMERCIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE <br /> Chair Smith opened the Public Hearing at 11:00 P.M. and closed the Public Hearing at 11:01 <br /> P.M. <br /> The Planning Commission agreed to accept staff's recommendation. <br /> Fritzler moved, Berg seconded, recommending that City Council grant conceptual <br /> approval of the CPUD Ordinance, subject to an additional study or visioning process for <br /> Navarre be completed prior to adoption of the Ordinance. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br /> (#12) #2333 PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, SECTION 20.20 SUBD. 4C, <br /> HOME OCCUPATION STANDARDS <br /> Chair Smith opened the Public Hearing at 11:05P.M. and closed the Public Hearing at 11:06 <br /> P.M. <br /> Hawn complimented staff, stating that is was nice to see the ordinances in final form. <br /> Hawn moved, Chair Smith seconded, recommending approval of the revised draft <br /> Ordinance of the Home Occupation Standards as presented by staff. VOTE: Ayes 7,Nays <br /> 0. <br /> (#13) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS OF AUGUST 26,2002 AND SEPTEMBER 9, 2002 <br /> August 26, Fritzler had nothing to report. <br /> September 9, 2002, Rahn stated that most Planning Commission items appeared on the consent <br /> agenda. <br /> PAGE 26 <br />
