VOTE: Ayes 7,Nays 0. <br /> (#12) REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING COUNCIL <br /> MEETINGS APRIL 22,2002,AND MAY 13,2002. <br /> Smith stated that May 13, 2002 was a short City Council meeting and she had nothing pertinent to report. <br /> Rahn reported that during the April 22, 2002 City Council meeting,the Big Island vacation issue came <br /> before them which passed 3/1 after lengthy discussion. <br /> Rahn stated that the Sweezo new construction on Watertown Road passed 4/0 and the Manley variance <br /> on Fagerness Point was sent back to the drawing board due to issues over the widening of the walkway <br /> and ways to improve it aesthetically. <br /> (#15) SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON MAY 28, <br /> 2002 AND JUNE 10,2002. <br /> May 28 -Fritzler June 10 -Mabusth <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Smith moved,Mabusth seconded,to adjourn meeting at 12:38 A.M. <br /> There being no further business to discuss,the meeting was adjourned at 12:38 A.M. <br /> < <br /> Elizabeth Hawn,Chair <br /> PAGE 28 <br />
