ENHANCED LANDSCAPING <br />The base street cost estimates include basic restoration with seed and sod. The following additional <br />streetscape options would allow for landscaping items such as trees, plantings and architectural elements <br />to both enhance the aesthetic appeal of the project and deter pedestrians from crossing the median. The <br />following pages depict and describe three general streetscape options for median and roundabout <br />landscaping.
