City of Orono Project No: 000139-10047-0 <br />Old Crystal Bay Road Reconstruction Page 5 <br />CITY OF ORONO – OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD RECONSTRUCTION <br />2.0 Summary and Recommendations <br />The replacement of sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer, and the reconstruction of Old Crystal <br />Bay Road is feasible from an engineering standpoint. The following recommendations are presented for <br />consideration by the Orono City Council: <br />1)That this report be adopted as the guide for reconstruction of the street and utilities on Old <br />Crystal Bay Road between CSAH 112 and CSAH 6. <br />2)That the City selects a street design that most fully meets their needs. <br />3) That the City conducts a legal and fiscal review of the proposed project prior to awarding the <br />project. <br />Item #10 - CC Agenda - 10/25/2010 <br />Old Crystal Bay Road Reconstruction Feasability Study [Page 8 of 42]
