This is a permit for construction of a 3-season porch addition <br /> with decks. Your application is incomplete. Additionally, the City's wetland regulations <br /> and wetland buffer requirements may be triggered by the project. Please review the <br /> enclosed information sheet regarding Construction near a Wetland and follow the <br /> instructions provided. The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your <br /> application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1) Certificate of Survey. Please provide a revised copy of a signed and dated <br /> Certificate of Survey meeting the City's survey requirements (enclosed). <br /> 2) Wetland Delineation Report. If applicable. <br /> 3) Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by <br /> the City's engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The <br /> purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City of out-of-pocket costs <br /> incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. <br /> The required escrow amount for this project would be $2,500. The escrow agreement <br /> is enclosed.
