<br /> We have reviewed the grading plan and building permit survey for the proposed home construction at 3445
<br /> Crystal Bay Road. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
<br /> • The proposed grading appears to be acceptable. The side yard swale along the east lot line should be
<br /> graded to a minimum grade of 1%.The swale should be sodded immediately after grading operations.
<br /> • Erosion control measures should be installed, inspected and approved prior to any work on site. Silt
<br /> fence shall be machine sliced with steel t-posts.
