<br /> We have taken a preliminary look at the building permit survey far the proposed home construction at 3445
<br /> Crystal Bay Road. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
<br /> • The plans show existing but no proposed contours, the plans should be revised to show proposed
<br /> contours and grading. Existing contours should be shown at least 50-feet south and west of the lot
<br /> lines.
<br /> • The city recently completed drainage improvernents south of this site.These improvements included
<br /> installation of a storm sewer and construction of a swale along the west side of the subject property.
<br /> The pla�s should clearly show the location of the storm sewer south of the site and the side yard swale
<br /> along the west lot line.The applicant should provide appropriate easements over these improvements.
<br /> • The plans should include proposed first floor and lowest level elevations.
