Countertop replaced (By OWNER)-Kohler cast iron kitchen sink <br /> (#5942) with Moen faucet(#7843)Existing garbage disposal to be reused and water line to <br /> refrigerator added. Underlayment removed, wood floor pieced in and sanded and finished with 3 <br /> coats polyurethane, (cost of sanding and recoating included in flooring allowances) attic access <br /> to be filled in and moved, walls rocked and taped as necessary, ceiling resprayed(NOTE: <br /> appliances to be supplied by owner). Dining - existing wood floor to be patched. Floor sanded <br /> and sealed with 3 coats Polyurethane (cost of sanding and recoating included in flooring <br /> allowances). (NOTE: due to mixing of new and existing flooring, coloring of floor may not be <br /> uniform). Remove existing wall covering- sheetrock, tape and spray ceiling. Bathroom <br /> expanded -new vanity and top(allowance)Moen 4625 faucets, use existing toilet (K-3421). <br /> New soaking tub ($750 included in plumbing allowance) with Moen 2353 faucet. Shower and <br /> floor to be tiled(labor by OWNER, material -allowance) <br /> New ceiling insulation blown in to a depth of 14" on entire structure. Wall insulation in existing <br /> home is assumed to meet code requirements. <br /> Interior trim finishing. All woodwork stripping and finishing to be done by OWNER. <br /> Decorating. Interiar wall decorating shall be as follows: By OWNER. <br /> Exterior painting. All exterior woodwork and doors shall be by OWNER. <br /> Electrie wiring allowance: includes cost of temparary removal of overhead powerlines and <br /> reattachment to house. It is assumed cunent 100 amp panel witi be used. <br /> Throughout construction, all utility bills, heat and electric will be paid by Owners. <br /> The above work is to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications <br /> submitted for the above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of <br /> Fiftv Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($52,500.00), with payments to be made <br /> as follows: <br />
