<br /> We inspected the site at 3329 Crystal Bay Road this morning. The following are inspection comments with
<br /> regards to engineering matters:
<br /> • The storm sewer manhole castings should be replaced with watertight castings.
<br /> • Both manholes need to be cleaned includi�ig removal of debris from the inverts and removal of
<br /> concrete fiom the steps.
<br /> • Inverts need to be installed and doghouses completed in both manholes.
<br /> • A minimum of 3 cubic yards of class 3 riprap should be mstalled downstream from the flared end
<br /> section.
