The survey shows a lot of existing items such as a pool, driveway,and multiple retaining walls. What of these <br /> items will remain in place? It would be my opinion, at least the retaining walls would need to be removed and <br /> reinstalled to construct the new home. Please clarify what existing items will be removed and what will remain <br /> in place. <br /> 2. The survey does not show proposed contours. <br /> 3. The existing driveway will be required to be removed as double access points are not allowed. <br /> 4. The proposed driveway is too wide at the road. City Code only allows for a 20' wide access. <br /> 5. Need to show erosion control around the property. <br /> Please address the comments and submit a revised survey for our continued review.
