The northerly yard of Lot 1 is designated as <br /> a side street yard. The rear yard 50' setback is coincident with the <br /> Conservation Easeznent boundaiy. <br /> Lot 2: The westerly 50'ofLot 1 is subj ect to a Conservation Easement allowing <br /> no structures or hardcover. The westerly 50'yard of Lot 2 is designated <br /> as a rear yard for zoning purposes.
