Provision to the City of a pemut fi om Hemzepuz Col.ulty for construction of the private road <br /> access to Brown Road South. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings ofResolutionNo. <br /> 5204,the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the Planned Residential Development <br /> plat of CREEKSIDE�T ORONO,Hennepin County,Miiulesota subject to the following declarations and <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Shoreland Status.In addition to the various developme�Zt limitations established herein,Lots <br /> 1 through 7 are within or partially within the designated Shoreland Overlay District and <br /> subject to the City of Orono Shoreland regulations pertinent to tributaries. <br /> 2.
