The plans propose <br /> to build a single family home with an attached garage. We have the following comments with <br /> regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The site plan shows the area south and east of the propose home and porch to be <br /> graded to a 40% grade. This must be revised to a maximum 3 to 1 slope or 33.33% <br /> grade. <br /> • There is a discrepancy between the lot certificate from Sunde Land Surveying and the <br /> site plan regarding the elevation of the road at the proposed driveway. Both the site <br /> plan and lot certificate have the garage at 960.8. The site plan has the road at 958 and <br /> the lot certificate has the road at 959.9 which would create drainage problems. This <br /> should be resolved prior to permit approval. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
