The northerly yard of Lot 1 is designated as <br /> a side street yard. The rear yard 50' setback is coincident with the <br /> Conservation Easement boundary. <br /> Lot 2: The westerly 50'of Lot 1 is subj ect to a Conservation Easement allowing <br /> no stnictures or hardcover. The westerly 50'yard of Lot 2 is desi�nated <br /> as a rear yard for zoning purposes. The westerly 50'setback is coincident <br /> with the Consei-vation Easement boundary.The southerly yard of Lot 2 <br /> shall also be treated as a rear yard,and shall be subj ect to a 50'rear yard <br /> setbacic and the 75' creek setbacic.
