Site slopes to the northeast. <br /> 3. Site access is by private driveway from public street. <br /> 4. Site is densely wooded primarily with maples ranging from seedlings to 30" <br /> diameter. <br /> B� LANDSCAPE WORK <br /> 1. Landscaping near building will appear "planned" to accommodate homeowner <br /> activities and will become more naturalistic as you move away from building. <br /> 2. Plantings shall be compatible with native plant communities. <br /> 3a Landscape features will both direct and contain views. <br /> 4o Landscaping should incorporate 36" wide asphalt path system with turn around <br /> areas. <br /> 5. Mulch to be chipped or shredded hardwood product, chemical free, obtained <br /> from a renewable source (possibly on site). <br /> �C. GR�ING/EARTHWORK <br /> 1 a Balance cut & fill for slabs on grade and driveway to reduce export from site, <br /> and minimize disturbance to tree roots. I.ocate building to utilize existing <br /> grade, but high enough to facilitate drainage. <br />
