LOT LOCATION <br /> 1. Approximately two acres in Orono, Minnesota. <br /> 2. Lot 3, Block 2, Shadowood Farm, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> 3. Survey by Coffin & Gronberg, Long Lake. <br /> C. STRUCTLTRE <br /> 1. Wood frame house with 2 levels and partial basement. <br /> 2. Detached garage of wood stud and wood truss construction with connection to <br /> house. <br /> 3. House with approximately 3,300 S.F. of living space. <br /> D. SCHEDULE <br /> l. Clearing will be late February, 1996. <br /> 2. Construction to begin on or about May 1, 1996. <br /> 3. Construction to be completed by September 15, 1996. <br /> 4. After completion with all systems operating there will be a one month period to <br /> allow the building and its materials to out-gas. Availability for use: October 15, <br /> 1996. <br /> E. GENERAL <br /> 1. No smoking will be allowed in the building during construction. <br /> 2. The use of recycled building materials is encouraged. <br /> 3. Dispose of material through recycling and reuse. <br />
