Lots 6 <br /> through 9 are very questionable due to mostly wet soils and <br /> drainageways. <br /> I have compiled the available soils information, topography, <br /> and wetlands map into an overlay drawing for your review. In <br /> proposed Lot 7, the designated wetlands appear to be more <br /> extensive than shown by the surveyor. The same holds true for <br /> Lot 10. <br /> On paper Lots 7, 8 and 9 look pretty questionable. Perhaps <br /> a site inspection will he lp to confirm whether these concerns are <br /> valid. <br />
