Montanari Homes Seasonal Dock Permit,Bayport, Minnesota
Prepared a combined joint notification forrn, permit a lication and resented harbor desi ns and an
PP P g
upland mitigation plan to ensure permitting of a seasonal dock structure along the St. Croix River.
Performed wetland delineation, river hydrographic survey, upland mitigation planning, and regulatory
I negotiation.
Cambridge Airport Runaway Expansion,Cambridge, Minnesota
Performed a comprehensive method wetland delineation according to USCOE protocol which
established a boundary along straight transect lines, off of which a detailed sampiing was performed.
Hedgestone Development,Corcoran,Minnesota
Performed a 21 basin wetland delineation and obtained five incidental basin exemptions through aerial
photography. Designated wetland mitigation with upland preservation and obtained permits. Authored
EAW and facilitated bird survey.
Environmental Assessment
Kaukauna Dam Replacement,Oatagamie County,Wisconsin
Conducted a comprehensive environmental survey of upland, wetiand, and riverine environments.
Analyzed environmental impacts of seven dam reconstruction alternatives in terms of soils, geology,
wetlands, river, wildlife habitat, fisheries, and special habitats such as a heron rookery which was
discovered on-site. Final alternative avoided heron rookery and a stand of 50-year old bur oaks
growing on a historically pristine peninsula near the dam.
Box Cuivert,Phase I and II Installation,Burnsviile,Minnesota
Performed aeriai photo analysis and field identification and delineation of wetlands along the
Minnesota River. Prepared an USCOE Section 404 permit. Prepared an Environmental Assessment
Worksheet(EAW)which analyzed impacts to soils,geology,wetlands, lakes,streams,wildlife habitat,
historical resources, and residential and commercial areas.
Lower Rum River Water Management Organization Watershed Plan,Anoka County,Minnesota
Researched and described geology, soils, water quality, fisheries, wildlife, endangered species,
parklands, and other natural resources. Researched and inventoried polluted areas, groundwater usage,
floodplains, and wetlands. Preparation of floodplain, shoreland, and wetland management goals,
objectives,and policies.
NSP Transmission Line Siting Study,Minnetonka,Minnesota
Prepared an environmental assessment including an EAW which analyzed impacts to soils, geology,
wetlands, lakes, streams, wildiife habitat, historical resources, and residential and commercial azeas.
Fifteen dif'erent options were studied.
Peace Haven at Englewood,Baxter, Minnesota
Performed an EAW and an EIS on a residential development site located on an old horse farmstead and
forested area. Recommended buffers, red oak preservation, storm ponds,a community septic system,
and wetland avoidance measures designed to maintain the developed and open space areas with the best
possible environmental caze.
Baxter Estates,Baxter,Minnesota
Performed an EAW on a residential development site located in an area planned to be developed for
some time. Wetlands were largely avoided, and one basin was transformed into a wetland/stormwater
pond complex with a permit application and Wetland Functions and Values analysis for flexibility.
Donovan Lake,Minden Township,Minnesota
Performed a wetland delineation and EAW on a 1,500 unit residential development site located in an
area adjacent to St.Cloud. Wetlands were(argely avoided and creative mitigation and regulatory
