This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1188. <br /> 2. The property is Iocated in the LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. Lot 1 is undeveloped and has been assessed for both sewer and <br /> water. <br /> 4. Lots 1 and 2 have been retained as independent parcels and have <br /> never been legally combined for tax purposes ; each lot is taxed <br /> separately by the State. � , <br /> 5. An independent safe access can be provided to Lot 1 if developed <br /> in the future. This access has been reviewed by the Public Works <br /> Director. <br /> 6.
