[ <br /> clt� o� oR,oNo <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2273 <br /> � <br /> ' • - • • <br /> further variance to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.28 Subdivision <br /> 5 (b) is hereby granted to approve a front yard setback of 49.29 feet <br /> for the existing residence on Lot 2 where a 50 foot front yard setback <br /> is normally required, based on findings of fact noted in Resolution <br /> No. 2119. <br /> 2. Each lot sha�ll be subject to the Declaration of Private Road <br /> Easement and Declaration of Covenants for Maintenance of Same which <br /> currently appears as a memorial in the title of the property. <br /> 3. The barn remaining on Lot 2 may not be used for the housing of <br /> animals per the findings of Resolution No. 2119. <br /> 4. Placement of accessory structures on Lots 1 and 2 shall adhere to <br /> the findings and conditions of Resolution No. 2119. <br /> 5. The property owner shall request an inspection by the Orono <br /> • Building Inspector of the second residence structure on Lot l, to <br /> ascertain the extent and type of changes necessary to convert this <br /> structure to a non-dwelling physical status. Such changes shall be <br /> completed to the approval of the City within 6 months of the date of <br /> • this final plat approval resolution. <br /> 6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> Hennepin County Recorder' s Office on or before April 12 , 1988 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> executed copies of any Exhibits that may be noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has <br /> not been filed by the date specified above.
