. � <br /> r � <br /> ►; <br /> , t . <br /> clt� o� oR,oNo <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2273 � <br /> � . <br /> ' • - • • <br /> A R�SOLIITIOP7 APPROVIATG THE PLAT OF <br /> HOLLY ACRES 3RD ADDITION <br /> APPLICATION NO. 1090 <br /> WH1dRE�iS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WH$REAS, �he City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br /> land within the City; and <br /> HTHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Roger W. Hollander, Personal Representative of the <br /> Estate of Hildur P. Hollander, the subdivider�; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br /> the RR-1B zoning distr'ict finding that each lot is of a size and <br /> configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence to be <br /> • fully developed without the need of any variances except those granted <br /> herein; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all the requirements of �Resolution No. 2119, <br /> including: <br /> a. Removal of the detached garage on Lot 2. <br /> b. Removal of the driveway access to County Road 6. <br /> c. Discontinued rental use of the detached second house on Lot 1. <br /> 2. Payment to .the City for the legal review and filing of the plat <br /> easements and covenants in the amount of $150 .00. <br /> 3 . Payment of the final plat application fee of $150 .00�. <br /> NOW, TH$REFORE, B$ IT RBSOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of the City <br />� of Orono hereby approves the plat of Holly Acres 3rd Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The City Council hereby grants a variance to Municipal Zoning Code <br /> Section 10.28 Subdivision 5 (b) for Lot 1 to approve a defined lot <br /> • width of 186.9 feet instead of the 200 foot lot width normally <br /> required, based on findings of fact noted in Resolution No. 2119.
