DIVISION 16: ELECTRICAL <br /> � <br /> 1. All Work shall conform to applicable codes. <br /> � 2. Electrical layout on floor plans is intended to be schematic in nature. Owner shall <br /> provide detailed design and shall become part of the plans and specifications. <br /> Electrical contractor shall review layout and discuss any changes or revisions with <br /> architect and owner either required by code or suggested design. <br /> 3. Lighting design and layout shall be reviewed by the electrical contractor to insure <br /> adequate lighting throughout. <br /> 4. All power supply, devices, wiring, switches, fi�ctures, equipment and appliances <br /> hook-up; in other words all electrical work shall be designed, materials supplied and <br /> installed by electrical contractor. <br /> 5. Light fixtures, except recessed lights, bath fans, smoke detectors, door bell and <br /> parcelain fi�ures (which are provided by electrical contractor) shall be provided by <br /> owner and installed by electrical contractor. <br /> �7 <br />
