Layout and design of all plumbing systems shall be executed in a design/build <br /> . format by the plumbing contractor according to floor plan showing fixture location. <br /> 2. All plumbing work shali meet all applicable codes and shall include sewer and water <br /> service to building, all water lines, gas lines,hookups, sump w/pump, drains, vents <br /> and all other plumbing related devices. Fixtures shall be furnished a.nd installed by <br /> the plumbing contractor with the following exception: master bedroom spa shall be <br /> furnished by owner and installed by contractor. <br /> 3. All water piping shall be copper. All fi�ctures shall have shut off valves. <br /> 4. All faucets, sinks, showers, water closets shall be approved b owner. Plumbing <br /> contractor shall bid all middle range fixtures. <br /> 5. Layout and design of heating and air-conditioning systems shall be executed in a <br /> design/build format by the mechanical contractor with reference the architectural <br /> plans so as to provide a comfortable interior environment. <br /> 6. Mechanical Contractor shall provide and install an in-floor hot water heating system <br /> for the entire first floor and forced air heating on the second/third floor <br /> 7. Contractor shall provide and install a vanEE H.E. air exchanger. <br /> 8. Contractor shall provide and install all necessary duct work,piping, controls and <br /> supports and other devices for all heating and air conditioning work. <br /> . <br /> �� <br />
