MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING . <br />PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SECTION 10.41, <br />B -2 LAKESHORE BUSINESS DISTRICT HELD ON JUNE 6, 1994 <br />It was moved by Schroeder, seconded by Peterson, to approve the May 20, 1994 draft of the <br />proposed amendment to Municipal Code Section 10.41 affecting the B -2 Lakeshore Business <br />District, as presented in the memo dated May 31, 1994, subject to a complete review by the City <br />Attorney to assess its enforceability. This will be presented to Council at the June 27 meeting, <br />subject to the Attorney's comments.
