• <br />MINUTES OF THE CITY OF ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING HELD ON APRIL 18, 1994 <br />( #15) #1920 ATELIER LESUEUR, INC., 2180 NORTH SHORE DRIVE - <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - PUBLIC HEARING (CONTINUED) <br />It was moved by Nolan, seconded by Peterson, to recommend approval of #1923 Conditional <br />Use Permit for Atelier LeSueur, Inc. at 2180 North Shore Drive, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. This Conditional Use Permit shall limit enrollment to 20 -24 full -time students. <br />2. Applicant shall work closely with building staff to see that all necessary fire and <br />building code improvements are installed within six months of the date of approval of <br />this Conditional Use Permit. <br />3. The maximum occupancy of the structure shall be limited to a 100 person occupancy <br />during the times of special exhibits or showings. <br />Ayes 6, nays 0. <br />( #16) , #1924 DON WINTER, 4620 NORTH ARM DRIVE - VARIANCES - PUBLIC <br />40 HEARING <br />Gaffron reviewed the staff report and stated that staff recommended approval of the request <br />for accessory structure setback and area variances. The applicant was present and had no <br />comments. <br />• <br />Chair Schroeder moved, Nolan seconded, for approval of #1924 Variances for Don Winter at <br />4620 North Arm Drive as recommended by staff. Ayes 6, nays 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />( #17) REPORT BY PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF APRIL 11, 1994. <br />Nolan reviewed the actions taken by the City Council at their April 11, 1994 meeting. He <br />noted that the Council had directed the Lundgren Brothers proposal back to the Planning <br />Commission for further review. <br />( #18) OTHER ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION <br />Chair Schroeder noted that there is a meeting scheduled to review the draft B -2 zoning <br />ordinance changes on Wednesday, April 20th. <br />12 <br />
