<br />16-3807 425-595 Old Crystal Bay Rd N <br />March 24, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />The attached resolution for Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat Approval (Exhibit B) is in a draft <br />form for Council consideration and discussion. Adoption of the resolution at your March 24 <br />meeting is not recommended, as staff would like additional time to refine it and bring it back for <br />formal action on April 11. <br />Staff does recommend adoption of the attached resolution (Exhibit A) granting preliminary <br />approval for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment, directing that the amendment, application and <br />appropriate attachments be forwarded to Metropolitan Council for their review as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />1. Review the draft concept plan & preliminary plat resolution and advise staff of any <br />suggested revisions. <br />2. Motion to adopt the attached resolution entitled A Resolution Granting Preliminary <br />Approval of Amendment #4 of the Orono 2008-2030 Community Management Plan: <br />425-595 Old Crystal Bay Road North - File #16-3807. <br />
