Council also directed that a resolution for <br />preliminary plat (concept plan) approval be drafted for review and consideration. The <br />comments include the following: <br />- The County will issue a permit for relocation westward of the Dumas Orchard farm road <br />access at the northwest corner of the Preserve property. <br />- No additional right-of-way nor easement is required. <br />- Support for the proposed pedestrian connection from the NE cul-de-sac to the OCB / <br />Wayzata Blvd. intersection, and support for a future connecting sidewalk on the west side <br />of OCB Road north of Wayzata Boulevard (within the Orono Schools campus, perhaps to <br />at least the parking lot) <br />- Guidelines for a future access to Wayzata Boulevard should the Dumas property develop. <br />- Suggested reconsideration of the trail along north side of Wayzata Boulevard that is <br />proposed as part of the turnback roadway project design. <br />- Developer advised of requirement for Hennepin County permits for work in right-of-way. <br />
