Mattick stated the Council would be voting <br />on whether the motion should be amended as proposed by Council Member Printup. Mattick stated if the <br />amendment passes, then the amendment attaches to the original motion. <br /> <br />VOTE ON AMENDMENT: Ayes 2, Nays 3, McMillan, Cornick and Levang opposed. <br /> <br />McMillan noted if the original motion passes, a resolution would come before the City Council, and that <br />she would like to have the Heritage Lane curb cut staked prior to the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />The City Council voted on the following motion: Levang moved, Cornick seconded, Application <br />No. 16-3803, Stonewood, LLC, on behalf of Tashitaa Tufaa, 1830 Shoreline Drive, to direct Staff to <br />draft an approval resolution reflecting the changes requested by Mayor McMillan. VOTE: Ayes 3, <br />Nays 2, Walsh and Printup opposed. <br /> <br />*10. #16-3805 JOHN ADAMS ON BEHALF OF NORTH SHORE MEADOWS, LLC, 2455 <br />NORTH SHORE DRIVE, VARIANCES – RESOLUTION NO. 6596 <br /> <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6596 , a Resolution Declaring that <br />the Property Located at 2455 North Shore Drive Shall be Considered as a Standard Lot for Zoning <br />Administration Purposes. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays <br /> <br />*11. #16-3806 PILLAR HOMES ON BEHALF OF MIKE LADD AND CAROL <br />STAINBROCK, 660 TONKAWA ROAD, VARIANCES – RESOLUTION NO. 6597 <br /> <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6597 a Resolution Approving <br />Variances from Municipal Zoning Code Sections 78-330 and 78-1279, for the property located at <br />660 Tonkawa Road. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br /> <br />12. #16-3807 ESTATE DEVELOPMENT GROUP ON BEHALF OF SCOTT FREDRIKSEN, <br />425 AND 595 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD NORTH, AND PID 33-118-23-24-0002, REZONING <br />TO RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, PRELIMINARY PLAT AND <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Gaffron noted the Council has seen this as a sketch plan three previous times and that the current proposal <br />is similar to what was before the Council in December. The applicant is proposing 39 single-family lots <br />on a lot that consists of approximately 12.5 acres of dry buildable. The result is a density of <br />approximately three units per acre. <br />
