This applicati.on was reviewed as Zoning File #1122. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RS, Seasonal Recreational District. <br /> 3. On March 16, 1987, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the. <br /> first phase of a three phased Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan for the <br /> Big Island Veteran's Camp and recommended approval of a temporary <br /> conditional use permit to permit overnight camping at the facility for <br /> a limited period of time based on one or more of the following <br /> findings: <br /> � A) The property consists of 57 acres and can provide adequate <br /> camping area for a crew of 57 workers.
