The existing private driveway may <br /> serve as a temporary construction road and building permits may be <br /> issued prior to completion of the permanent road. Private road <br /> � construction can begin as soon as the engineering plans for the road <br /> have been approved by the City subject to conditions of the developers <br /> agreement Private road construction must be completed by September <br /> 30, 1988. <br /> 5. The private road shall be allowed to access directly to County <br /> Road 6 subject to conditions for such access as imposed by the <br /> Hennepin County Department of Transportation in their required access <br /> �,�•:, permit. ,;; <br /> 6. The private road shall be privately owned and maintained per the <br /> Declaration •of Private Road Easement and Declaration of Covenants for <br /> Maintenance of Same executed by the developer. <br /> 7. Driveway access easement over Lot 2 shal 1 be granted by developer <br /> in favor of Lot 1. <br /> 8. Outlot A, located between Outlot B (the new private road) and <br /> existing Tanglewood Road, is for the purpose of a future connnection <br /> between the two roads in order to eliminate one of the accesses. This <br /> outlot shall be owned and maintained jointly by the owners of Lots 1 <br /> through 4, Knoll Manor, per the Declaration of Private Road Easement <br /> and Declaration for Maintenance of Same. <br /> 9. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br /> Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before October 13, 1987 <br /> together with a �certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> executed copies of the documents as noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br /> has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be <br /> necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision <br /> review. � <br /> .
