Once the City Council approves the project a <br /> Zoning Permit will be required prior to the start of work; zoning permits for stairs have a $50 permit fee. <br /> This type of project will involve grading and/or review by the City's engineer. The purpose of the escrow <br /> is to guarantee reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your <br /> plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion <br /> control and stormwater. The escrow amount required for the zoning permit is $2,000. The land use <br /> application escrow of $700 can be applied to the zoning permit. Followin� approval bv the City Council <br /> and receipt of the remaining balance of the project escrow ($1300) the zoning permit can be issued. We <br /> will update you on this as necessary. <br /> The information listed in items #1 though #3 above is required in order for your project to continue. The <br /> deadline for submittal of a complete land use application with all submittals is required by or before noon on <br /> July 18th.
