You were notified of and acknowledged this on 9/21/2012 <br /> when you signed the Zoning Disclosure form as part of the demolition permit review. <br /> The City Council will be reviewing and (hopefully) approving a City Code amendment at their October 8th meeting which <br /> would allow administrative approval to be granted to lots in this situation. I have attached the staff report from the <br /> September 17th planning commission meeting which contains details about the proposed City Code amendment. However, <br /> in the meantime I cannot issue your building permit administratively.
