This needs to be <br /> completed in the next 48 hrs. <br /> • The tiered walls on the east side of the house are greater than 4' and do not meet the separation requirements <br /> (2x the distance of the lower wall). Therefore the resident will need to have a registered professional engineer <br /> review the wall installation and sign off on how they were installed. <br /> • The driveway has changed drastically from what was approved and additional walls have been installed <br /> throughout the property.
