A $10,000 escrow was collected by the City with the TCO to ensure completion of the exterior <br /> work. <br /> An as-built survey was submitted and our engineer performed a site inspection made on May 6, 2013. The <br /> engineer noted the exterior work was not satisfactorily completed and on May 7, 2013 a list of outstanding <br /> items was emailed to Todd Holmers & Dean lohnson. Attached is a copy of the TCO with conditions and the <br /> email sent. <br /> Recently City staff observed the unfinished site including an excessive amount of overgrown weeds. In short, it <br /> does not appear that completion of the exterior work is underway... Please address the outstanding engineering <br /> comments and submit an updated as-built survey; updated as-built hardcover calculations; and certification by a <br /> Professional Engineer on the as-constructed retaining walls for our review.
