As you have just received a building permit for construction of the new residence and submitted an escrow <br /> of$2500 I have drafted a revised escrow agreement to encompass the construction of the home as well as the retaining <br /> wall project. This will avoid you having to submit an additional check. <br /> Please print out this new escrow agreement, sign it and return it to the City. If I am not here please ask that it be given <br /> to me. <br /> If you have any questions, please email me.
