' " <br /> � � City o� ORONO - �� � <br /> • � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1937 <br />� • � • • <br /> WHERSAS, the City Council hereby grants a Conditional <br /> Use Permit for the existing caretaker apartment on Tract A <br /> finding that all lot standards of the RR-1B zoning district can <br /> be met; and <br /> • WHER$AS, the subdivider has completed all requests of <br /> the City for a Class I subdivision with a registered land survey. ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, the the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision <br /> application of John S. Pillsbury, Jr. as shown on the Registered <br /> Land Survey by Vernon A. Nichols and attached to this resolution <br /> subject to the following conditions: . <br /> l. Caretaker apartment located within detached garage on <br /> Tract A sha 11 be used so le ly by the owner of the principa 1 <br /> • residence and may not be rented. <br /> 2. Subdivider must grant an access easement in favor of <br /> Tract A. <br /> 3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br /> registered land survey shal 1 be filed by the City of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on or before <br /> September 10, 1986 together with a certified original copy <br /> of this resolution. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br /> . the division has not been filed by the date specified above.
