ADDITIONAL SURVEYS REQUIRED: <br /> a. Per City Code Section 86-68, a foundation survey is required to be submitted <br /> prior to commencement of framing; and <br /> b. An as-built grading plan verifyin� compliance with the building permit, <br /> stornlwater management, grading and drainage plans shall be submitted prior to <br /> the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the residence. <br /> 4. The buildin� plans submitted for building penllit will be reviewed to ensure compliance <br /> with the City's buildin�hei�ht and number of stories re�ulations. <br /> 5. Applicaiits shall remove all plastic or fabric liner material from the decorative landscape <br /> beds on the property to ensure their permeability as non-hardcover surfaces. <br /> 6. Required removals of existin� structure and hardcover to be removed shall be completed <br /> prior to the footing inspection. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, but <br /> are permissive oi11y and inust be exercised by obtainin� a building pennit for the new <br /> construction withiil one year of the date of Council approval, ar the variance will expire <br /> on that date (January 1 l, 2011). <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ternls and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate auy autharity <br /> �ranted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanar. <br /> 9. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the tenns of this <br /> resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and <br /> assigns, hereby agree to the recordin� of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br /> prop erty. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
