� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> '� - CITY of ORONO <br /> ���a- <br /> � :� � � <br /> ���� ti <br /> '�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`qkESH�4�G NO. ,�1 .� �_ <br /> requests to increase hardcover or change the nature of existing/approved hardcover shall <br /> require City approval, and increases in hardcover wi11 not likely be approved without <br /> concurrent reduction in exis�ing hardcover. <br /> 3. ADDITIONAL SURVEYS REQUIRED: <br /> a. Per City Code Section 86-68, a foundation survey is required to be submitted <br /> prior to commencement of framing; and <br /> b. An as-built grading plan verifying compliance with the building pennit, <br /> storn�water management, gradina and drainage plans shall be submitted priar to <br /> the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy far the residence. <br /> 4. The building plans subinitted for building permit will be reviewed to ensure conlpliance <br /> with the City's building height and number of stories regulations. <br /> 5. Applicants shall remove all plastic or fabric liner material from the decorative landscape <br /> beds on the property to ensure their penneability as non-hardcover surfaces. <br /> 6. Required removals of existing structure and hardcover to be removed shall be completed <br /> prior to the footing inspection. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with tl�e applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtainina a building permit for the new <br /> construction witl�in one year of the date of Coui�cil approval, or the variance will expire <br /> on that date (Jailuary 1 l, 2011). <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ternls and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> �ranted hereiil, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 9. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the tenns of this <br /> resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and <br /> assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br /> prop erty. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
