ADDITIONAL SURVEYS REQUIRED: a. Per City Code Section 86-68, a foundation survey is required to be submitted prior to commencement of framing; and b. An as-built grading plan verifying compliance with the building pennit, storn�water management, gradina and drainage plans shall be submitted priar to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy far the residence. 4. The building plans subinitted for building permit will be reviewed to ensure conlpliance with the City's building height and number of stories regulations. 5. Applicants shall remove all plastic or fabric liner material from the decorative landscape beds on the property to ensure their penneability as non-hardcover surfaces. 6. Required removals of existing structure and hardcover to be removed shall be completed prior to the footing inspection. 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with tl�e applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by obtainina a building permit for the new construction witl�in one year of the date of Coui�cil approval, or the variance will expire on that date (Jailuary 1 l, 2011). 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ternls and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority �ranted hereiil, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. 9. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the tenns of this resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the prop erty.
